nerd-fonts icons?

Supporting Powerline and Font Awesome out of the box is great! Would you be interested in adding official support for other sets - such as devicons - like https://github.com/ryanoasis/nerd-fonts does for various other coding fonts, or should I just patch it myself with the missing icons?

It would be cool to include monoid somehow (on nerd fonts or somwhere else). Looks like the license is setup such that there isn't even a reserved font name (if going with SIL OFL or MIT).

Anyone else have thoughts? Cheers.

@00Davo if you add them then please create a pull request so it can be merged into the main font too :smile:
