Extract and Compile on location

RubyScript2Exe had a very useful feature, you can extract, modify and "compile" on location, even without ruby (http://www.erikveen.dds.nl/rubyscript2exe/index.html#3.4.3)

It could be interesting to add this feature to ocra.
