Splash screen

The startup time of Ruby on Windows is slower than on Linux or OSX. Sometimes it may take up couple of seconds for the initial window to show.

A nice feature would be to have a --splash option for Rubyw.exe applications. The splash parameter would simply accept a path to an image.
