Ocra hangs before completing

When attempting to use Ocra: after detecting the files the next step is to find the encoding support files.

"Including 59 encoding support files (392842 bytes, use --no enc to exclude) from here ocra stops working. The batch job runs indefinitely and doesn't finish until i issue a cntrl-C interrupt

running the command with --no enc works up to the same point and yields: "Not including encoding support files" followed by the same hanging.

What is wrong here?

I have just a same problem. I'm using ruby 2.4.3

$ ruby -v
ruby 2.4.3p205 (2017-12-14 revision 61247) [i386-mingw32]
