Thanks @sraustein. From the looks of it, it was supposed to be compiled with KCC, not the older C10. Do you know if KCC ever made it to ITS?
Regarding the separate config files, that's because DB exists in slightly different versions. That's why simh and klh10 got their own copy of the config file. Now there's also pdp10-ks....

Try removing NO from the data file for say a week.
It has seemed to me that NO talking Chaosnet is particularly slow. If the checksum errors are more frequent to/from NO than other, that may explain the slowness.
