iOS: Upgrade alert silently dismissed by permission prompts

On iOS, it appears the upgrade alert is suppressed if a permission prompt appears on top of it. We were able to fix this issue on Android by setting durationUntilAlertAgain to Duration.zero, so that the app immediately displays the alert again since it was not accepted, but this does not show the alert again on iOS. The alert does not show again until the app is restarted. Once the app restarts, the permissions have already been accepted/denied so they will not show, allowing the upgrader alert to display correctly.

upgrader version: 11.4.0
iOS version: 18.5 (22F76)
Flutter SDK version: 3.27.2

@polambert Can you provide a simple example of this issue on iOS including the iOS code needed for me to run it locally?
