QUESTION: What happens when the update is partially rolled out in Playstore and Appstore?

I don't have an issue to report, just need a question answering. If I rollout an update to lets say 50% of my app users from both stores. What will the users who did not receive an update see from upgrader? Will there be a differentiation? Or everyone sees the update dialog?

The same percentage of roll-out users will see the upgrade message, and the same users who would see the roll-out would also see the upgrade message.

We are having an issue with rollout. Once the user who has the new version available through rollout open the new version, the Upgrader is showing the upgrade dialog saying there is a new version available and pointing to the old stable version which is available for 100% of the users.
