[Feature request] Switch to hide the directory from histdb output

My current workflow doesn't require the directory in the output of histdb and to be honest my brain struggles with the shifting of the history command to the right when the path exceeds a tab. Can we have a switch to disable showing the directory? Currently I'm removing it with awk but a switch would be nice
