Reorganized into tmbundle format for TextMate 2

TextMate 2 requires language files to be grouped into "bundles". A bundle like "lark.tmbundle" is simply a directory with that file extension, containing an info.plist and the preferences, syntaxes, etc. in subfolders.

This is my first time making such a bundle, but organizing the files like this (and naming the enclosing folder lark.tmbundle) seems to work fine.

One of the items in the info.plist is a contact name and email. @Danmou, I put your name, which I hope is okay. I don't know your email address, or whether or not you'd want to share it here.
