What is the optimized with pattern file

The calibrate script is also producing a file called optimized_with_pattern

This was for visualization on the real bag. It was useful for that specific case, so I don't know where to place this. Another flag? We already have a lot of flags... A new script that only creates this? Maybe that is the better option? What do you think?
