[Feature Request]: Add an option to register the new ObservedBy attribute on the model if the Observer is already not registered on the EventServiceProvider

Feature Description

When creating an Observer using this package, it would be great if there was an option to register the observer using the [ObservedBy] attribute on the model if the Laravel version being used is greater or equal v10.44.0 is installed. CleanShot 2024-02-21 at 15 17 00
