[Feature Request]: Run migration/Run selected migrations

Feature Description

Sometimes may be needed to run only one or a bunch of migrations and the command to execute could become a real pain, especially if they are not in a directory.

It would be really useful if, from the "Laravel" top menu and the migration file, could run the specific migration or the entire selection.
