Use mangopay v2.01

By default this module uses v2. v2.01 has been available for a while the docs. I suggest we bump this module's MAJOR version, because apparently (#68), v2.01 is not backwards compatible with v2.

In v2 Address fields are provided as Strings, while in v2.01 they are provided as objects.
