Curl error

When I execute : composer require laracasts/integrated --dev It gives me the following error: Problem 1 - instaclick/php-webdriver 1.4.3 requires ext-curl * -> the requested PHP extension curl is missing from your system. - instaclick/php-webdriver 1.4.2 requires ext-curl * -> the requested PHP extension curl is missing from your system. - instaclick/php-webdriver 1.4.1 requires ext-curl * -> the requested PHP extension curl is missing from your system. - instaclick/php-webdriver 1.4.0 requires ext-curl * -> the requested PHP extension curl is missing from your system. - laracasts/integrated 0.15.6 requires instaclick/php-webdriver ~1.4 -> satisfiable by instaclick/php-webdriver[1.4.0, 1.4.1, 1.4.2, 1.4.3]. - Installation request for laracasts/integrated ^0.15.6 -> satisfiable by laracasts/integrated[0.15.6].

But on same virtual machine when i execute : curl --version It gives me the following information:

You need to install curl for php 5

sudo apt-get install php5-curl

[j-quelly]

In my case it was to enable curl in php.ini
