Bootstrap path config

This adds a bootstrap_path Behat config, in case the bootstrap/app.php file is in custom location.

I no longer use or maintain this package. Would one of you like to take over management?

I will have to pull this down meege it and review since. Let me get to that later this week
Basically I will try and get travis in place as well for a faster PR workflow

This would be really useful to have! It seems like there's an option for it here, but I can't trace it well enough and it doesn't seem to work for me.
