Advanced deleting

Handle inconsistencies when deleting utters or intents.

It was found that the only way to delete that does not work is the one that must exist. The way that was investigated is not to delete when there is only one utter or only one intent. So I advise to delete the issue.

@leticiaarj I tend to agree with you. @RochaCarla could you double check to ensure we always want to delete all Stories when deleting either an utter or an intent?
