Just in case, could you restart php7.4-fpm service ?
So in #166 we can "reproduce" this error while upgrading from php7.4 to 8.0. That seems to be a bug occurring when different php versions are used before/after the upgrade.
I've got a similar issue on a quite fresh backup (done twice, stopped on the 3rd start), which the same question : how to debug that issue ?
Hum, that's a pitty… Are you able to check fail2ban logs ? And Shaarli ones ? (I don't remember if the is any log…) Maybe the one from the app...

That's what I first thought, be @pp-r tried in public mode, so the API shouldn't be blocked :thinking:
Well finally I think it's better to make a fresh new install of the app, and just export/import all the links, via a manual configuration of the (few) parameters. So...
