Improve font selection

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

It's hard to figure out how to set the font. The text field in settings expects a magic name for the font, with no guidance on where to find that name. Obvious guesses do not work.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. The font choice should have a dropdown showing possible choices. It can still allow free text but at least the dropdown can help figure out what kinds of names are correct.
2. The description should say Set the editor font family. Find the font family by doing ...
3. https://docs.lapce.dev/get-started/settings should explain where exactly to find the magic font name

Describe alternatives you've considered

I looked through https://docs.lapce.dev/get-started/settings and found nothing about fonts.

dropdown is the way to go with this, i find current version unusable
