Add negative lines for Goto Line (Ctrl + g)

When open a file, i really want to reach end of it (-1 line, or -10 etc)

A clear and concise description of what the problem is. Ex. I'm always frustrated when [...] Nothing, have go to line -1 is really convenient to me and i think for others
