Missing {{LINKCURRENT}} in New-Topic template

I had two issues for the "New Topic" button inside the Value Goals:

1. The New-Topic template's Value-Goal:: field is missing {{LINKCURRENT}}.
2. Adding the LINKCURRENT will allow adding new topic through Ctrl+Q, but clicking on the button under #Knowledge still doesn't work. For that I don't understand why.
