add styles to the tags

I was just trying to play with jekyll and github pages. I am able to add tags succesfully yo my blog but they are very simple with out any style. How do I add styles just like the way you added onto your site. Please visit shivakrishna9.github.io . The tag I tried to test is 'introduce' on a dummy post.
