Well... this looks like to be a hard-to-fix issue. I guess it's because when creating process, the command line D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command and Conquer Red Alert 3\Data\RA3_1_12.game is not being wrapped with quotes (see here). But this can't be fixed easily, because IIRC original RA3.exe didn't do that either; and if we surround it with quotes, then other applications such as HaoFang might have issue working with RA3.

Can you make sure those files below does not exist? D:\Program, D:\Program.exe, D:\Program.bat...

D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command.exe D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command.bat...

D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command and D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command and.exe D:\Program FiIes (x86)\Command and.bat... And so on.
