[Tinerator] new feature request: dump element ids with node list

I would like to request a new feature in Tinerator to dump the element/cell ids with their associated node list in the exodus file.

Something like (for a wedge shape cell):

cell id	node id
1	1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6
...
99	41, 42, 43, 44, 45, 46
