Supporting switches

The README states that this package does not support switches, unlike PowerModels.jl. I was wondering if there is any particular challenge to implementing switches here, or if it just wasn't a feature that got prioritised. Would anything else be necessary, besides implementing a hard constraint that forces the voltages at both ends of a (closed) switch to be the same?
