Nightly update kills login cookies

After every nightly update I have to log in again in the web interface. Is there a chance to work around this?

It would be nice if there was documentation for the plugin to be readable inside vim.

When using `:IPython --existing doesnotexist` the plugin doesn't report a failure and instead only opens an empty buffer.

Output in console buffer lets cursor jump in other buffers

If I produce output inside the ipython/jupyter kernel buffer, the cursor in another buffers jumps somewhere, even if the jupyter buffer isn't visible.

Support selecting cards based on card name

Numeric indexing of cards is sometimes hard to get persistent across reboots. Please also allow to use card names instead of the index for selecting the device to change.
