Rename `allButTextLevelOnly` mode to `paragraphLevelOnly`

Currently, we have two checking modes:

  • textLevelOnly
  • allButTextLevelOnly

I would suggest renaming the second to paragraphLevelOnly (but still support allButTextLevelOnly for backwards compatibility)

There are still clients out there who will send the old allButTextLevelOnly value to the server
