[FeatureRequest] Add a character counter and excessive text coloring in the input fields with a limit on number of characters

1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

Currently input fields with limited number of characters are not validated as you type, and do not report the characters that exceeded the limit. To solve the issue it is necessary to add a Twitter-like character counter that updates as you type:

• Shows the number of character compared to the maximum allowed. For example: characters count: 270 on 256 (14 extra).
• Colors in RED the excessive text in the input field that goes above the limit.

2. Additional context or comments

It would also be useful to display a customizable "description" string below the input field name, to help the user understand what data goes in there and why. For example: Number of images to process at the same time. We currently support a max number of 8 images.

Also a grayed example text in the input field should be displayed when the field is empty, to give the user an example to follow when formatting the input. For example: textual.textualize.io/styles/*, textual.textualize.io/api/*, …
