1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When many apps are created, it is tedious to copy and paste LangFuse or LangSmith configuration information repeatedly for each app. It would be very convenient to add a Tracing tab in the Setting page, where you can configure LangFuse and LangSmith parameters, and the apps can just enable or disable them.
