Steps to reproduce

When the rerank model crashes or is blocked, the knowledge base will wait indefinitely during the question-answering process and no error will be reported. This will seriously affect the normal execution of the program. It is recommended to check whether the model is available when recalling the model. If it is not available, use the default recall procedure. Try not to affect the normal use of the program as much as possible.
