1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

I want to dynamically modify the configuration in .env and how can I make these changes take effect in a timely manner without restarting the service.

2. Additional context or comments

I think the problem may not be caused by the pydantic-settings. This copy may not be modified because of the way we use it.
