It is not very convenient to obtain parameters from the input when invoking tools in combination with business application scenarios

Open andylzming opened this issue 1 year ago • 4 comments

Can the tool invocation obtain parameters from the query instead of from the input? Or, based on the question, dynamically display a form if input parameters are required? 123

We will provide a HTTP Request component in the workflow next month, which will be more convenient.

This feature can be replaced by the HTTP Request Node in the workflow later on. Currently WIP, please be patient.

Hi, @andylzming

I'm helping the team manage our backlog and am marking this issue as stale. From what I understand, you raised a request for the ability for tool invocation to obtain parameters from the query instead of the input, or to dynamically display a form if input parameters are needed. There were discussions about plans to provide a HTTP Request component in the workflow next month for added convenience. However, comments from dosubot, crazywoola, and takatost indicate that the feature is still a work in progress and may be replaced by the HTTP Request Node in the future.

Could you please confirm if this issue is still relevant to the latest version of the repository? If it is, please let the team know by commenting on the issue. Otherwise, feel free to close the issue yourself or the issue will be automatically closed in 7 days. Thank you!
