Container restarted, new documents added to the existing knowledge base cannot be retrieved correctly; a new knowledge base needs to be created for retrieval.

Steps to reproduce
After the container is restarted, this issue occurs. While new documents can be added to the existing knowledge base, they cannot be searched. Only by creating a new knowledge base can it be properly built.
