Steps to reproduce

1- Create an Agent in dify 2- Add podcast Podcast Audio Generator (podcast_generator) 3. Ask agent to generate a podcast audio for a simple English conversation 4. Dify APP will crash and prints following messages: TypeError: cannot add property 1, Object is not extensible and application error : a client side exception has occurred

I also tested in dify 1.1.3 the issue is still exist

To generate audio podcast file via Openai tts

❌ Actual Behavior
