After document upload, no data is returned, and document upload is normal if the document is uploaded.
In Dify version 1.1.3, there is a known issue where after uploading documents, no data is returned. This issue has been reported in previous versions as well, where the system indicates that no document was uploaded even though the upload process appears normal. This problem can occur in both document and image uploads.
To address this, ensure that you are using the correct features for document processing. Specifically, you should use the Doc Extractor feature instead of relying on visual capabilities. For more detailed guidance on document processing and extraction, refer to the Doc Extractor documentation.
If the issue persists, it might be related to a bug or misconfiguration in the current version. Keep an eye on updates or patches from the maintainers that might address this problem [1].
