1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

It's important to be able to display when plugin updates are available on the plugins button.

Also, on the plugins page, mark which plugins have updates, given the current version. Today, plugins must be reviewed individually to determine whether they have updates or not.
