Steps to reproduce
The answer in the annotation was not returned in the historical message in chatflow mode. In the 'Logs and Annotations' menu, the 'Annotation Reply' option is enabled and replies can be made normally. However, in the historical query, only the annotated questions can be seen, while the annotated answers are not visible. This may be a bug.

The answer in the annotation should return in the historical message in chatflow mode.

You should query historical data! I found the same issue in version 1.0.0.
