I've been using the Knowledge Base API to interact with it directly but a native feature would be nice.

Hi, @akashengine. I'm Dosu, and I'm helping the Dify team manage their backlog. I'm marking this issue as stale.

Issue Summary:

  • You requested a feature to retrieve files from a knowledge base by file name.
  • You expressed interest in contributing to the feature's development.
  • Another user, pr-maia, suggested using the Knowledge Base API but agreed a native feature would be beneficial.
  • You inquired about performing semantic or hybrid searches on individual documents.

Next Steps:

  • Please let me know if this issue is still relevant to the latest version of the Dify repository by commenting here.
  • If there is no further activity, this issue will be automatically closed in 15 days.

Thank you for your understanding and contribution!
