When working with custom tools in dify, users often need to process or analyze the files uploaded during the workflow. Currently, sys.files is available as an array of files, but there is no direct integration that automatically passes these files into a custom tool's input without complex workarounds.

Allowing sys.files to be passed directly into custom tools would:

Simplify the workflow. Enable better integration with file-processing tools. Improve the user experience by allowing seamless file uploads and tool interactions.
