Configuring the Database and Related Components for Integration

Hello, I'd like to know how to set up the environment on the cloud. I don't understand how to configure it for PostgreSQL and other crucial components to make the database fully functional. Right now, I've successfully installed the frontend and backend in an online cloud, but I'm still confused about how to configure the essential parts of the database.
