1. Is this request related to a challenge you're experiencing? Tell me about your story.

When segmenting documents uploaded to the knowledge base, I found that this feature is not robust enough. Upon completing the segmentation, I noticed numerous segments—several hundred—that I do not require. Manually deleting each one would be impractical. Therefore, I suggest adding a function for bulk selection and bulk operations to address this issue.
