Can we have a python based server?

Can we have a similar implementation in Python so that it's easier to integrate with other MCP servers we have in the same project?

Also, any idea on fixing the efficiency issue with fetching all the prompts at server startup for prompts/list? Can we have variables in the prompt Metadata?

I know this is a bit of a foundational change.
