fix: update smolagents.mdx to InferenceClientModel

Hello, I fixed the smolagents guide to address the HfApiModel → InferenceClientModel renaming issue. https://github.com/huggingface/smolagents/pull/1198 The latest version of smolagents now uses InferenceClientModel instead of HfApiModel, and the documentation has been updated accordingly.
