Ollama model selectable in the Embeddings Activity

Currently, models are selectable via a pulldown menu in the Ollama Model activity, but not in the Ollama Embeddings Activity.

Instead of having to enter the model name in the embeddings activity, it would be nice to have that pull from a selectable pulldown list as well.

Motivation

Some of my users who are trying to get up to speed with Langflow, are confused by this discrepancy and/or fail to type the model name correctly, resulting in errors. Plus it is always nice to have some level of consistency.
