Bug: Playground Messages Are Out of Order and Reappear After Deletion

Bug Description

There are two ongoing issues with the playground messages:

1. Message Order:

   • New messages sometimes appear at the top or in the middle, instead of at the bottom in chronological order.

2. Message Reappearance After Deletion:

   • Deleted messages reappear after a few seconds, affecting both session messages and playground messages.

Reproduction

1. Send multiple messages in the playground.
2. Observe the order in which messages appear.
3. Delete one or more messages.
4. Wait for a few seconds and check if the deleted messages reappear.

Expected behavior

1. Messages should appear in chronological order.
2. Deleted messages should not reappear.
