Playwright MCP Server missing chrome

Bug Description

I'm unable to get Playwright MCP Server Tool running without pre-installing playwright and chrome. This will not make sense as MCP Server tool should be dynamically added at run time

Reproduction

Add playwright MCP Server tool based on the JSON file from https://github.com/microsoft/playwright-mcp

Expected behavior

Flow should run reliably.
