Missing license

Hi Harrison, I like the chat code you put together, but there is no license attached. Could you please consider adding one to this repository?

In your huggingface repo copy you state MIT license (https://huggingface.co/spaces/hwchase17/chat-langchain/blob/main/README.md) so this is super low priority.

Would love to see the License issue fixed. It makes it a lot easier for those of us in the commercial space to engage.
