ruby-test-reporter > 1.0 breaks Travis builds because of breaking changes

New syntax described here:

The change will also require an update to the default rake task so that it reports to CodeClimate.

I fixed it for #78 with this https://github.com/lanej/cistern/pull/78/commits/3784b63d32580f461997fb05b4a7db4d73ac11d0 but that's not a long term solution obviously.
