any way to run multiple instances of simulator

I'm trying to figure out if its possible to run more than one simulator process... I tried to run class-dump on SimulatorHost (/Applications/Xcode.app/Contents/Developer/Platforms/iPhoneSimulator.platform/Developer/Library/PrivateFrameworks/SimulatorHost.framework/Versions/A/SimulatorHost)

but I don't really have an idea on how to approach it...

Any pointer in the right direction would be awesome thx !
