Automate Sitemap Index Creation

Currently we have to manually update the sitemap.xml in the public directory to add new sites in to the docs.lando.dev universe.

It would be preferable to come up with a system that, whenever a new plugin is added to the list in /plugins, also automatically adds its sitemap.xml to our sitemap index.
