Broken Link to Tooling Docs Page

In the lando 101 page there is a broken link at the bottom of the page where you click to 'take a deep dive'.

The link points to: https://docs.lando.dev/config%2Ftooling.html which results in a 404. I believe it should be pointing to: https://docs.lando.dev/core/v3/tooling.html#tooling
